“Doble Kara” will revolve around the story of Sara and
Kara (Julia
Montes), twin sisters who grew
up in a happy family despite being poor. However, when
Kara was diagnosed of leukemia, the twins’ mother, Laura
(Mylene
Dizon), was forced to separate
the two and give up Kara to her biological father Antonio
Dela Rosa (Allen Dizon), who is married to Lucille
(Carmina
Villaroel), because they don’t have
the
money for her treatments. Unbeknownst of the existing
relationship between her husband and Kara, Lucille adopts
and brings
Kara abroad to proceed with
her medication.
What will Sara and Kara do when fate brings them back
together after
many years? How will the
sisters’ relationship change after they grew up having
different lives?
